How do I fix A1407C2.318 Error loading p bag?

by the way I am not the smartest when it comes to fixing PC problems, usually I have to get my son in law to help. Appreciate any info folks.

If you come into our TS when Crash is in he can fix it for you.  We are usually in TS every evening.  Just in case you have lost our TS ip, it is  216.52.148.11:9590
